These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MONETRA's website, applications, and money transfer services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use MONETRA. You must provide accurate information and complete any identity verification (KYC) we require before sending money.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that linked account.

When you initiate a transfer, you authorize MONETRA to debit the total amount, including our disclosed fee, from your selected payment method. Exchange rates and fees are shown before you confirm each transfer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the payout method, destination, and compliance checks.

You may request to cancel a transfer before it has been paid out to the recipient. Once funds have been delivered, a transfer cannot be reversed. Refunds are returned to your original payment method where applicable.

You agree not to use MONETRA for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, financing illegal activity, or sending funds in violation of sanctions. We may refuse, hold, or reverse transactions that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

MONETRA operates as a regulated money services business and complies with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing laws. We may request additional information and may report suspicious activity to authorities.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONETRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you and update the date above. Your continued use of MONETRA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
