Trust is the foundation of moving money. Here's how MONETRA keeps your transfers secure and compliant with financial regulations worldwide.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Every customer completes identity verification before sending money. We validate government-issued identification and screen against global watchlists.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We operate a risk-based AML program with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and mandatory reporting of suspicious activity.

Safeguarding Funds

Customer funds are held with regulated financial institutions and kept separate from our operating accounts.

Regulatory Oversight

We operate in accordance with applicable money-transmission and payment-services regulations in the jurisdictions we serve.

Our Commitment

MONETRA is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity. Moving money across borders carries real responsibility, and we treat compliance as core to our product — not an afterthought.

Identity Verification

Before you can send a transfer, we verify your identity to confirm you are who you say you are. Depending on your location and transfer amount, we may request additional documentation to meet regulatory thresholds.

Transaction Monitoring

We continuously monitor transfers for patterns that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations. When required, we may pause a transfer, request further information, or report activity to the relevant authorities.

Sanctions & Watchlists

We screen customers and transactions against international sanctions lists, including those maintained by the EU, UN, and OFAC. We do not process transfers to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.

Reporting Concerns

If you suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity involving your account, contact our Compliance team immediately at monetratansfer@gmail.com or +45 71 82 95 26. We take every report seriously.
